companion XP mod?

I'm finally motivated to play Fallout 3 again after a couple years, and I was wondering if there was a mod that gives you XP for companion kills? Ordinarily, it seems like I have to damage an enemy by half in order to get XP, which is stupid because while my companion runs around with a shotgun blasting things, I have to try and keep up and snag as many critical hits as I can. It makes having a companion a chore. I'd like to get XP from enemies no matter what.

If you want to use Gary bash, there's a option that allow you to chance the % of damage needed. Give it a try, there's others tweaks too...

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4807 is the only one I'm aware of. You still have to hit the enemy once to get the xp awarded.

That sounds almost perfect. I guess I was using the wrong key words to search fallout3nexus.
