So there are no six scenes in the game. They had ID Software to help them with the shooter parts but not for the erotic scenes like in Wolfenstein? C'mon the game is 18+. I am a bit disappointed.

BGS doesn't do six scenes. They aren't BioWare and they aren't CDPR. They focus on open world gameplay. You should be happy there is any "romance" at all, as it's always been rather limited in BSG titles. Outside of the fade to black and pointless marriage mechanic in Skyrim, BGS just never tackles this topic. If you play on PC, there will certainly be plenty of nvde mods or six mods that will fix this if it's truly a problem for you.

six scenes always look awful in video games and end up being more embarrassing than anything. Their textures and animations have never been anything to brag about either, so I doubt they would have been very good even with help.

If they have indeed stuck with a fade-to-black scene then I think it was the right choice.

I think there are some good/tastefull scenes in the Dragon Age and Mass Effect games. Sera/Liara and so on.

six scenes can be done tastefully, but then they have use nvde models, or else its just a waste of time. Watching Geralt in TW3 humping some women in his boxers is just beyond silly. So if you are not gonna do it right, then don't do it at all. Mass Effect and Mass Effect 3 has some really good erotic scenes, atleast with Liara. Thats probably some of the more tastefully done six scenes in video games. That they even included romance in this game and actual companions with quests and lots of dialogue is enough for me.

What are you talking about? DAI had plenty of six scenes. I guess you never romanced Cassandra? Reasonable minds may differ, but I've always thought CDPR did a decent job with six scenes. It's certainly far better than any six scenes in Game of Thrones.

No she didn't. Her "six" scene is her throwing you on the ground and kissing you. Then there is a post six scene that only show her briast and that scene as a whole is really just talking.

Already well aware of this due to the ESRB rating description. Going by that there isn't even sixual Themes, which FO3 and NV had.

True, mods handles this, the animation issue was solved with Skyrim, you will get it all up and including Codsworth and Dogmeat.

Ok, I don't care about six scenes, but can someone please spoil me as to which companions are actually romanceable? Cause either I'm blind, too hungover to see, or there isn't a reliable list on the internet yet.

I haven't played the game yet, but there are some new guides online, and the recent info looks consistent. So:

Human females are Piper and Cait.

Nonhuman female is Curie, a Miss Handy robot.

Human males are Preston, Danse, and MacCready. (Initially one of the devs, Todd Howard I think, said all humans would be romanceable. Apparently this is not the case since Deacon is not.)

Nonhuman male is the ghoul Hancock.

You can romance all of them with either gender, and apparently you can romance more than one at a time without repercussions. Though I wonder if this is true for all of them (Jim Sterling of Jimquisition romanced Cait and Hancock at the same time, IIRC).

So do we know why Deacon isn't a romance option? I decided during the RR quest line that I wanted him as my companion/partner/whatever (just assuming since he's a human that he would be available) and I was really disappointed when I found out he wasn't romance-able. He's my companion but it's just not the same...

I honestly don't care to watch my Sole Survivor plow her companions in what was formerly her own bedroom in Sanctuary Hills. I like the fade to black, leaves it all to the imagination. Besides, as illustrated before, most six scenes in video games are not done well and look rather embarrassing and off.
