No but you can introduce Ruin as a companion and Vilja will use some generic lines recognizing him as a fellow companion though.

Emma beat me to the answer that she didn't get around to adding unique dialog for Ruin, but personally I'm stunned by just how much unique dialog she has managed to produce.

At one point in my testing I had Vilja and Arren following. I turned around to find both of them looking at each other with lips moving but no sound. It felt as if they were talking/whispering behind my back. Then Vilja said that she had asked Arren to help with her quest and he had agreed. There are times she seems so real.
