Companions "Purity of Revenge" glitch : V

I just completed Purity of Revenge for the companions and I was excited because it's the last faction for me but there is a bug for when it says Return to Jorrvaskr I enter and the quest leads me outside and when I am outside it says go back in and it is an endless loop and I am looking for suggestions as to how to fix it.

go to the Skyforge to attend Kodlak's funeral. When you enter Whiterun after retrieving the fragments with Vilkas, he should inform you about attending the funeral.

Otherwise, something is bugged with the quest and will most likely require that you load a previous save before encountering this issue.
