Companions questlines question

Post » Sat Dec 17, 2011 12:33 am

I'm looking to join another faction and companions sounds very interesting my question is once u get lycanthropy do u have to use it? I don't want to affect my current character. Can u just use lycanthropy when u want? Thanks

You don't need to use it, but it is useful as it gives you 100% resist disease perk.

You don't even have to become a werewolf if you dont want to.

True, but then you also don't get the benefits from sleeping, so I guess it's a trade-off. I'll probably cure myself if/when I can simply because it's not something I'm interested in.

Spoiler
The only time you are forced to be a werewolf is when you are first turned

Without giving too much away. The Companions quest line is brilliant and a pulls on the old heart strings at the end.

You've always got the choice to 'turn' and can do a full cure later on but I wont say anymore more... Enjoy.

I just loved walking in Jorrviskar and seeing my shield brothers resting by the fire.
