Companions turn hostile when I turn into a werewolf

I turned into a werewolf in Jorrvaskr, and everyone turned hostile, including circle members. How does it make any sense?

In Volkivar, every lousy vampire threatens me for being a weak mortal, and warns me to become a vampire lest they will eat me alive. Before curing vampirism, I just killed their leader who is supposedly thousands of years old and who is the most powerful vampire on Tamriel in like 1 sec, and all of sudden my subordinates treat me like [censored] just because I'm not a vampire anymore.

Are they retards or something? Do they not fear death? Why are reactions and dialogues of characters so out of reality? They all act and sound like lunatics wishing to die.

There are a lot of lunatics in this game. NPCs will charge an ancient dragon with clothes and a dagger

Well, it may not make sense, but I can't say I blame them. If my own brother turned into a werewolf I might turn hostile. Trust issues.

Only followers remain when you turn into a werewolf. all other NPC despite faction and alignment to your character will always become hostile.

Plus not all the members of the companions are aware of the inner circle's secret. It would be safe to assume they would be hostile to a werewolf.
