for some reason whenever i equip my companions with magic bows/arrows the arrows act like area of affect arrows from the official DLC, even though they aren't, so i take damage from friendly fire in melee combat.

also, when my companions cast spells it seems they always use AoE spells, any way to stop them from doing that?

btw currently the only companions i'm using are thralls and vampires from the Vampire Embrace mod, though i know you can recruit companions in Mournhold in the Tribunal expansion.
