Compatibility patch confusion.

So I recently began trying to make a patch for my house mod so the exterior doesn't conflict with another mod. I've followed this page's tutorial ( http://wiki.theassimilationlab.com/mmw/Creating_a_Compatibility_Patch#Interior_Cells ) for making a separate patch esp to be loaded after the conflicting mods. However when I test it in game or reload the patch in the CS, the original mod's assets both are loaded in along with the patch's.

In short, all three plugins are loading their placement for the exterior objects, leading to a bit of a mess.

What did I miss?
