A compatibility question

I've decided to give Oblivion another go and have been looking over a lot of mods for it. I've decided to go the OOO route, and so far have gotten Unofficial Patch and Qarl's Texture Pack (Redimized). I also have Better Imperfect Water and Extended Death Cam.

Now, I've been looking for a good weather/environment mod, a window lighting mod, and a combat enhancement mod. The ones I have my eyes on are Natural Environments, Animated Window Lighting System and Deadly Reflexes.

I'm worried mainly about conflicts. OOO makes a lot of changes, and I'm worried the above mods will present problems. Also, QTP3 and the window lights may also present an issue. I'd like any advice you guys can give me, including any other mod recommendations that significantly change things.

Also, any feedback on Deadly Reflexes v6 would be appreciated. That looks like a lot of work to install and get set up, but it does come in omod format, so that'll make it easy to remove. I'd like feedback regardless, especially performance-wise. I'm running a good enough GPU, but my CPU (A Pentium 4 2.8GHz) could struggle with just about anything that puts extra strain on it at this point.

All work fine with OOO and many other overhauls and they are the best in their respective categories and work fantastic together.

As for combat, I use:

UVII adds A LOT of cool features, dual wielding, kicks, grip shifting, throwing weapons, speechcraft skills (juggling, dancing, playing lute), throwing explosive potions made by Alchemy, summoning trapped creatures in soul gems, etc.
And DPMC covers the melee by making it dynamic, quick, realistic and deadly combat. They are fairly compatible and mostly interoperable, DPMC will take over criticals and locational damage will be applied from both mods.
