In the Compelling Tribute Quest for the Stormcloaks I am supposed to report to Galmar Stone-Fist. When I talk to him inside his tent, all he says is: "I don't know how you convinced Ulfric to talk to the Empire. Worse than a waste of time if you ask me." No matter how many times I press A to talk to Galmar, he always says this line and so I can't complete the quest since the game is keeping me from talking to him. I tried waiting an hour to talk to him but still no dice. I just made an account just so that I could make this post. Thanks for the help.
