It seems like every other post is someone complaining about something. I have an idea. How about everyone stop worrying. So what if a texture looks outdated. Who cares if a mechanic you love or hate from a previous game has been removed or kept. You get the idea. We are a week away from what we all have spent YEARS waiting and begging for. YEARS! Everyone calm down, take a breath and enjoy what's about to hit us right in our faces. Fallout 4!

*Constructive Criticism After Constructive Criticism....

The default state of the internet is complaining about things that they have no power over and have no way to change.

Its kinda like a white noise, anywhere you go there's someone who thinks its the end of the world that something isnt made his way and his way alone. Seems a bit like one of those greek after life punishments except its entirely voluntary.

It's human nature to complain about things. Even more so when it's a bunch of gamers who set ridiculous expectations or wine if something isn't built just for them.

I honestly think some people enjoy going to a popular forum and seeing how much trouble they can stir up, whether or not they ever intend to get the product.

Mine is using the "Report" button when it gets too bad.

Rule of thumb: if it exists, someone's gonna complain about it. Trying to stop it is like trying to stop a tidal wave with a surf board; it ain't gonna happen.

Complaining about the complainers doesn't help anything. Just ignore it if someone is saying something you don't like. I suspect this will be locked soon anyway.

Your entire argument is destroyed the moment you start complaining about people complaining... Do you not see the irony and hippocritical nature in that statement?

Criticism is a good thing; it makes you stronger and strive for the top. Did your parents tell you "just get by" or did they tell you things to help you improve as a person when you did something wrong as a kid?

What is wrong with saying ; "Bethesda .. You made an amazing game." Our suggestions for the next one are to improve this and this so it is even better next time!" They value critisicm and community feedback as it helps them create a better product.

^This^. Why aren't we allowed to criticize features that we don't like? If Bethesda Jar Jars something, are we supposed to just say, "thank you, sir, may I have another?"

If we are not critical of a game we love then we are not helping it. If we did not "complain" about the game how would BGS know they are on the right path?

Games need praise and criticism to grow and become better. A silent crowd helps no one.

Now there is bad criticism aka "HATE". That helps no one and is trolling. But from some the threads here that is not what I am seeing. If the mods feel something is not helpful or out of hand they will take care of it.

The problem is is that so many people aren't giving out real criticism it's more "fallout graphicz look like poop butt hehehehe" which helps no one. Or are just complaining to complain. I have no problem with people giving constructive criticism but sadly we see more "trolling" then anything else and people with legit complains tend to get buried underneath.

This! I agree entirely. For example... Bethesda "Fallout 4 has an amazing crafting and perk system, A+!. The mouth animations and textures could use an improvement in the next game to make it even better."

Obviously the people who care about it enough to mention it. Would fans of C.O.D. let it pass unmentioned if the franchise lost its first person perspective gameplay?

I would say it is not helpful or valid because the game is not out yet, and we don't know - yet - how amazing they will be.

It is far too late to affect Fallout 4, and better to get some actual experience with the game before providing input to Bethesda for the next game.

No rush - we are probably 4 years away from ES 6.

But what does it matter how well synced the facial animation is, if they are emotionless, and/or if the story isn't par even with FO3? (We don't know yet; but we can see they are reaching back into the lore for ideas.)

I assume you haven't seen the leaked footage. The facial animations are rough. Even in official Bethesda gameplay videos the facial animations are bad.. It is a valid critisicm and Bethesda could improve on them for the next game

What I've seen from many is NMA-grade vitrioloc complaining, not "constructive criticism". You are euphemizing it to make it look legitimate.

I would say 90% of the critisicms on this board are valid. Almost all of us are huge fallout fans and have high expectations for our favorite game company. Please link where tons of people have horrible incendiary complaints that are in no way substantiated on these forums? I will wait...

Honestly I see more people complaining about people complaining than people actually complaining...wow what a mouthful. Everyone saying that everyone's complaining about the graphics and yet I haven't seen that much of it. Then again I stay far away from sites like reddit (which I guess where most of the complaints are coming from) soooo.

after play games for many many years i learn that ppl on forums complain bc they love to do it, even if the game is perfect they will find something to complain about.

For me what im getting in 6 day is what i been waiting for so long, maybe isnt perfect, but i know is better that alot of the AAA game out there right now.

Imagine us all as nerves in a single body that is about to give birth. All are excited and all want something healthy, but the nerves in the [censored] complain about pain.

This is exactly what we have here. A bunch of people speaking from their hurt uaginas about something the rest of us are excited about.
