Recently I've been seeing a lot of people complaining about how they're sick of all the snow in Skyrim or that there is too much snow. Especially in threads about future DLC locations. This confuses me because if I recall there were only 4 out of Skyrim's 9 holds that have lots of snow, The Pale, Winterhold, Haafingar,and northern Eastmarch. The others have temperate pine and birch forests, or rocky highlands or dry tundra with little snow except for some mountains.

Did it just seem like Skyrim had tons of snow or what? Only about half of the province is snowy.

This makes me laugh cause my one friend keeps complaining that Skyrim isn't snowy enough... He compares Skyrim to Bruma and Bruma was extremely snowy so Skyrim should be far worse...
