I would assume that I did, since it did more damage than Glass whatever it was and Daedric is usually my default equipement, but if it's not written down I can't be 100% sure. I'm playing around with block again at the moment so I'll be posting more numbers in thread 7 when I'm done.

No worries, but it does make sense that you probably were using daedric. Thanks for doing all the testing work. I'm sure a lot of folks besides me appreciates it.

Quick question and my apologies in advance if it has been answered already:

Using the falmer helmet/circlet glitch i got 580 damage swords and + 147% onehand potions. Using the potion results in a display of 100 something damage. Is that a display bug (restricted to display three didgets) or does the mechanic break when breaking 1000 damage?

Display bug in the item window. Look at your damage at the bottom of the screen and you'll see the actual item damage.

I have a question. According to this thread, it's possible to hit the Armor Rating cap in Daedric Armor with 1 rank in Juggernaut and the Daedric Smithing perk. However, my personal testing in-game required 6 perks (5 ranks of Juggernaut + Well Fitted), even with the Daedric Smithing perk. I will admit to using no Fortify Smithing gear or effects, but the thread hasn't stated whether it's using any Fortify Smithing effects, and if so, what magnitude is required. How come my results are so different than what this thread is showing?
