I'm about to become a PC-gamer again. For few years I have played solely on PS3 and I would like to know if there is any way to convert PS3 Oblivion character file for PC version of Oblivion? I did some googling and it seems you can't do that. In case I missed something someone please tell me.

Anyway, since I doubt you can't just convert PS3 save to be compatible with PC version of Oblivion, is there some kind of editor which would basically let me create my character from scratch? It should be able to do everything so that I could create a character which would essentially be a copy of my PS3 version character.

Here are some things I can think of that editor should be able to edit

- Completed quests
- Quest progress
- ...Everything related to quests...
- Skill points
- Attribute points
- Major and minor skills
- Character level
- Inventory (what items I have, how much gold etc)
- Every minor stuff in character log (Nirnroots collected, Daedric items found etc whatever there is. I don't remember)
- EVERYTHING !

Any help would be appreciated
