Anyone know where there's a list of default stats for all NPC's? Specifically what their tag skills are, so I know what weapon to reverse-pickpocket into them. Thanks.

Thanks, I saw it but some of them show stats but not all. Like Panada from Point Lookout, I want to better arm her because that raider always spawn infront of her and her protectron.

She's got 5 of all stats aside from a Charisma of 10. The Vault has been updated to reflect that.
