Local only matchmaking, or region locking, whatever you call it.

That would have to be the number 1 priority, this would be the easiest way to reduce the lag alot of people are experiencing.
I still love the game tho

ROFL i think its your aim bro. I dont use the aim assist and my shots register fine. just much more difficult to line up lol

Another thing to add would be to perhaps change the accuracy level on the guns. Seems like some of them are a bit too innacurate at short distances. Ive done wall tests on the SCAR and FELINE and they just dont seem to have the nail driving ability they should when lining up the sights.

the sound when using headsets like Tritton AX Pro is horrible to say the least, i've read people having the same issues with Turtle Beach also, the Bass (sub) sounds like and old cassette tape recording, its really bad. i think its just the bass tho. same problem on KZ3, but its evern worse on crysis 2, these games are not compatible with my headset, wich is insane. works awesome with Black Ops btw

other than that i would like to not experience another "black screen" ps3 freeze in singleplayer or multiplayer, that svcked!

and a minor detail is that, in the game menu where you choose (campain, resume campain, multiplayer, settings) when you click down or up to choose, its way too sensitive and skipps down/up 2-3 times.. they should add a delay after you click down or up one selection. should be easy to fix... annoying as hell

what seems to be bothersome about all these things is that a lot of them are minor, easy to spot, and should be easy to fix.... did they not do a beta? like, at all?

I am getting repeated freezes while loading saves. Two times it froze during game play. I also got a couple black screens while resuming campaign .

Im trying to work on it. Headshots dont register as much though. It's diffcult cause everyone else uses it against you. You cannot win melee battles lol.

like 2 or 3 days I believe..
As for aim assist. I believe most games have it but there is no option to turn it on or off. I think its just to strong. Either that or the iron sight sensitivity isent smooth enough cause its almost impossible to keep the site on him with out it on, and no I don't have **** aim! correct me if i'm wrong but going back to MWF it is much much easier to aim and stay with targets...

thats cuz modern warfare does use a mild aim assist. but games like battlefield do not. the reason its so hard to keep up without assist on crysis is because its such a ridiculously fast pace. you got ppl running around at ridiculous speeds (you get speeding tickets in SP lol) power jumping, power sliding, ground pounding, all at some really intense speeds. without the auto assist you REALLY see a difference because of that. also, the games default sensitivity is much faster. making it hard for people who are used to slower schemes like COD and especially KZ3 to adapt. but once you do, going back to the slower games you become a god for a short while lol like i went back to battlefield today to play for a bit, and straight up dominated. the pace takes getting used to.

One thing i have discovered, is that for me at least, the iron sights work better for me than either of the scope mods for the SCAR. for some reason the contrast difference helps out a bit more than the reflex. The reflex feels too bulky and the red dot is too light to be seen if targeting in bright conditions. If you have been playing with the scopes on since they became available, try switching back to the iron sights and see how you do. might surprise yourself.

-matchmaking
-delete "press x to enter game" from middle of the screen during cut scenes.

Nice list guys, i'm happy to sticky this one and use it for a reference point in future, if you could include any links (such as youtube video of bugs) it would help a lot. I'll post any relevant updates in this thread, and any 'bigger' news will be posted at the top of this forum.

-fix sound lags - try melee ANYONE on single player mode. you'll hear that soon enough. lack of sound happens all the time in MP mode. sound is shi**y in MP. I'm not feeling like fighting... more like on fest of some sort where childrens plays with firecrackers.
-give option to disable nanosuit talks - CLOAK ENGAGED is way too often. More CLOAK ENGAGED makes Players go insane. really.
-fix AI - soldiers not moving when you magically appear in front of them, they don't react to blowned objects, thrown stuff etc. they can literally throw granades for 5min in one spot, they bump onto walls and keep running on them etc, etc...
-fix nano catalyst reset glitch - I dunno whne it happened. I know that I had 500 nano catalyst and after beginning of Dead Man Walking level I have... "-100"
-fix MP lags - why bother explaying.... play it!
-matchmaking - as above
-delete "press x to enter game" from middle of the screen during cut scenes. - this doesn't annoy you? really?

@Cry-Tom - really? You want us, consumers to make someone elses job?! wtf man? You in Crytek have army of beta testers, for what are you paying them? You are insolent for two reasons. You gave us unfinished game and you want us to do for free something YOU should have done befor releasing that game? what a joke.

To Nitek... i mean im no chump, but you can still be a man and know when to shut up. lol the guys here, hes doing what we asked, hes asking for our help to speed up the process, its not his fault the company is stingy and doesnt want to hire testers to spend countless hours digging up our ****, and bottom line is we are the ones complaining, and we are the ones who already have DONE the beta testing, technically... so we are going to have the most accurate, and most bountiful information. 10 beta testers working 8 hour days on this game couldnt come up with the sheer volume of information that we have. think about it. we are their best resource. So in their defense, try to lighten up, and if possible, add to the solution so we can just get all this fixed and move on... its worth doing all that to be happy with the game, no?

and to Nigel.. i sent Tom a few PMs and wrote about our plight in the PC section. less than an hour later he was here storming the place up. I doubt they give a damn about our conspiracy theories lol judging by how things played out, im not even sure they were fully aware of our issues... but now they are and they seem interested. so lets sit back and wait. see what happens.

I can't remeber any game that came out in the last years that gave me the impression of a " FINISHED PRODUCT ". Especially the multiplayer titles suffer from the " Oh, we can patch this later " mentality. Since beta testing doesn't really happen anymore and the demo wasn't even out for a week, how would they react to occuring problems they probably didn't even know about?

They just rush to fix A and B class bugs, everything else is neglected. Why? Because it can be patched.

On the contrary, this is just the way it goes guys, whether we like it or not. I've been gaming for a long time and my prognosis is that we will never get a game on release which is 100% finished. On the bright side, we are not lost with a broken N64 or SNES module, because no patch could help you with those.

have you ever heard sorry from devs? for making **** game like Black Ops? For fail with corrupted savegames in Mass Effect 2? No.
Instead they want us to find them and show whats wrong. Without sincere apologise. Ever. And after release we will have to wait another MONTH (thats about time that they will release only Patch - not to mention making it)... I mean are devs really blind to see everything that's bothering us after ONE HOUR of gameplay?
Black Ops is still unplayable, Mass Effect 2 has been fixed after 2 months. And noone ever said "we messed up, we're sorry' instead of this they want us to do someone elses job. for free.
and this is internet mate :) I'm free to speak whatever I have in mind :)
and I hope no offence was taken by you.

If we talk Singleplayer, ok, if we talk multiplayer, no. MGO was a nightmare when it started.
