Still no answer from OBSE creator. Seems like I'm not going to play Oblivion ever. : |

He did say to feel free to PM him if he forgets to check back in this thread. If you haven't already, I'd advise doing that.

My own guess, though, is that OBSE and the Uncapper are not themselves to blame. Too many people use them and have used them for so long that this kind of bug would've been reported. My hope in pointing you to the OBSE team is just that they are pretty clever and may have some productive guesses as to the cause of your problem.

Personally, when I reach a point such as you have - where I've run out of ideas and have no idea what the next troubleshooting step might be - I begin reinstalling things: first the game, which you've tried? If no improvement, I would use a different mouse, which you've tried? And then, I would reinstall the operating system. Quite often, reinstalling the game fixes things. Quite often, reinstalling the operating system fixes things. The only frustrating thing left in such a case is that you never find out what went wrong in the first place.

Best I can do. Good luck.

Yea I PMed him, will retry tomorrow.

I have no nerves nor time to reinstall operating system, I've done this so many times that I just can't. And today I have more stuff installed than ever, and I don't remember what I installed in most cases.

However, reinstalling Sound/Graphics card drivers is the thing to do.
