This is a growing list of problems, if you have suggestions or problems you have experienced and want me to add it to the list reply in this thread with a coherent message and I will add it.

Last Updated: 3/25/2011
General Issues:
Serial Number Key Problem / Duplicate ID / Cannot Log into Multiplayer (temp solution: type in lower case without dashes to fix)
Cannot Login
Disconnected Often
Lag Issues
Random Crashes
Graphic Flickering
Cheaters (yep, they're here already)
EA owns Crytek

Single Player Issues:
Weapons sometimes disappear after a cut scene.
Melee stops working sometimes.
Crash to desktop after certain checkpoints or levels.
Enemy AI acts silly often, friendly or enemy.
Nano Catalyst count is reset to zero and the game doesn't allow you to pick up any more after a reload.

Multiplayer Issues:
Sound effects are completely messed up.
(the point of origin of most sound effects default to the player, so you constantly hear your teammates that are on the other side of the map getting hit. This not only confuses players, but makes "covert ops" perks useless.)
Server List Lag
Ping Listed is not actual ping of server (most servers stuck on 109)
Perks and Unlocks are not kept, (most times we are not refunded the unlock points.)
Head hitbox seemingly too large.
Sniping out of stealth causes first shot to miss often.
Overall Damage inconsistent.
Melee Attack area too great.
Silent Kill fails and punches enemy instead.
Stealth is sometimes completely invisible and sometimes bright as day. (Consistency over graphics please.)
Sliding fails often and you're stuck running and crouching repeatedly.
(Sliding upwards is impossible and taken into consideration)
Perks are not leveling up (Because points for kills under those circumstances are not accumulating.)

Some perks simply do not work at all:
Threat Tracer glitches too much, does not show correct paths and does not last long enough.
Proximity Alarm makes no discernible noise or alarm that correctly warns player of nearby enemies. it's either too low, drowned in the sea of sound effects or simply not there.
Point Fire Enhance does not substitute at all for aiming down the sights, doesn't work well enough.
Armor Enhance does not work as intended. (based on video shown) It does nothing to prevent damage while your energy lasts.

Multiplayer Observations:
(Entirely opinion based)

M60 damage is too low for the trade offs. (mobility/accuracy/Less sliding mobility)
Grenades are too strong even with armor on (with perk). The radius of the grenade's full blast is too great.
Pistol damage seems too high against soldiers wearing billion dollar exo-skeletons that stop bullets while wearing a BULLET PROOF VEST on top of it all.
Punching people repeatedly until they die is silly looking and works a little too good in most situations.
Either make punching a knock back that doesn't do too much damage but staggers the enemy, or make it a kill attack that has a very low attack rate if you miss. (Call of Duty STAB to the chest style)

There's also a problem reported several times with the SP game where the Nano Catalyst count is reset to zero and the game doesn't allow you to pick up any more after a reload.

Crytek generally need to be alot more proactive about acknowleging these issues and providing information about what they are planning to do to fix this

It looks increasingly likely to me that PC version of this game was starved of resources during development and that's lead to the game shipping with a litany of gameplay and back-end bugs and with an array of features cut and frankly Crytek's attitude post-release isn't filling me with any confidence of their intent to resolve this.
