For those who are using Vista or Windows7 should http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917607, because that program is required if you want to read the TES CS help file for Morrowind. Please note that you need to validate your Windows license through the GenuineCheck program and there is instructions of how you should proceed to download this update.
I think that update is also required for both 32/64-bit version of Vista and Windows7, but if you need to know if that update is required just launch TES CS and from the help menu select contents. That's only thing you need to do.
