My computer can't "see" the disk 1 of Fallout 3 GOTY

Dear everybody that knows why the "Fallout 3 GOTYE Disk 1" is not being "Seen" by my Dell Optiplex Sx280 Windows Xp SP3.

So this game is seen in a "snap" on another older computer, while this newer computer (Dell Optiplex Sx280 Windows Xp SP3) can't see ---- but if I put in a different cd/dvd it reads it fine, so there is something wrong with the Fallout3 disk... (Or my computer) Also, I can not copy the contents of the disk 6GB to my 232GB hard drive with almost nothing it (So that rules out installing with out the disk.) The older computer says that I need to delete photos so I can put the 6GB on the remaining 230GB out of 232GB on the hard drive. Also, my Anti-Virus (Namely McAfee) doesn't have a god---- off button so I can't turn it off (and if there was something wrong, I believe it would tell me.) So, if anyone has the computer wizz skill, do your best.

Might need to upgrade the firmware of the DVD drive.

Optiplex sx280? Sounds a bit old in itself. I kind of wonder if it even has the hardware to run the game. Based on what I found so far, it has Intel Integrated Graphics, which won't even run the game.
