This game has a lot of people trying to get you to waste your money on something useless. Be it Parker Quinn and his chadge cawd, the "Pillars of the Community", or the ol toll booth raider, I really like the con artists in this game, and I need more!

Yeah, it was funny and it's pretty realistic having people trying to rip you off. I'm surprised how many people were actually fooled by Parker Quinn and go and forum and ask about it.

I bought the charge card and then killed him. I figure it's a unique item, so I might as well have it lol

Plus he'd just be going off to rip someone else off, and I got my caps back anyway.
