Anyone think that Skyrim will have terrible lag/shuttering on conslole because of the extreme enviroment and graphics like on fallout new vegas?

Console games are always optimized for the hardware. New Vegas was a bug which was later patched.

Skyrim will porbably rarely if ever lag on consoles. PCs are a different story because everyone pushes games a little further then optimization.
