Concerning Redguards

That guy looks like a nord, whose skin looks darker due to shadows. Heck, looking at his hands, they appear to be white (or somewhat tanned) than brown.

Also, redguards in every iteration, save for OB, have been shades of dark brown. Personally, I prefer the darker skin from Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind, and Redguard, and not the reddish orange yellow skin with green lips from Oblivion

This precisely. I have no idea why people think that guy is a redguard.

Though I do like the slight redish tone in Oblivion. It gives them a unique flavour that you don't get on Earth.

Black people?
Ach, racism! D:
They prefer to be called hammerfellican. -_-

I was fine with their color, but if people don't like that orange tone, then I guess it could be changed to an actual brown.

Well, there is a lot of people in real life with the skin really black, not dark brown, just black. This is the case of most of the people from Senegal I had meet. There is a lot of variation in human skin. Definitelly Morrowind Redguard's skin wasn't too dark.

But Redguards are a fictional race. Anyways, my point was that a blend of both MW and OB would be cool, of course there can be much darker and much lighter redguards in Skyrim and not with only one skin tone variant. :)
