I've been playing Skyrim for over 3 years,heavily modded.But I was never able to play on 60 fps with ENB,or high-level graphical mods.

I tried but it falls down to 20-30 fps.

The special edition plays (on max settings, no mods) on 30+ frames.

It svcks balls.

I can play Fallout 4 on 50+ fps.

So,I decided to open my wallet and splash the cash on a new system:

Sooo.....If this doesn't give me full 60fps smooth gaming (Skyrim is the only game i play).I will jump of a bridge into a cold river.

Probably a mod I'd say. Post what the new system does.

It will be ready next week.
