I'm specifically NOT using their list. I've checked it out and a lot of stuff on there is not referenced, nor can I recall seeing it anywhere other than the wiki. I want to compile this list completely from what we see in the trailers, demos, interviews etc... as well as comments made by JES here.

I agree and I was not trying to say this thread is bad or anything. The Vault can have BS items on there, but alot of weapons in the trailer finds there way on that list.

I've seen a picture that shows a fully modded 9mm Pistol from Fallout wiki. It has a scope and an extended magazine.

This thread is really pointless in my opinion, we have the http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout:_New_Vegas_weapons list, really unnecessary to create another list here.
And if you don't trust wikia's list then go research the items listed there and if some of them haven't been confirmed then erase them from it.
I've removed some stuff from the Creatures In Vegas list because they haven't been confirmed.

Only weapon on wikia's list that I can't remember seeing in a picture/video/interview is that Cyberpunk SMG thingie.

Oh and you forgot Plasma Defender.
Energy Weapons, pistol.
I think I saw it in one of those gameplay videos where the PC attacks an CL outpost with some NCR troops and the manly man formerly known as "Boone".

Well I can't see any other name being used for Boxing Gloves other than Boxing Gloves.

Again, I'm NOT using the wiki as a source. I WILL use information off of there that is referenced to a proper source, but if the only place I can find it is the wiki, it ain't cuttin' the mustard.

Contrary to popular belief the wiki is nearly 100% reliable. Ausir (and those that help him) does a very good job of keeping the crap out.

If you watch the video, that's from E3, it has some weapons that weren't specifically shown. Like when he goes to switch out weapons, pause it and you'll see that that's where the Vault Wiki got most of it's weapons, and from other videos showing various weapons in the weapons section of the Pip-boy.

I've never editied a wiki. Maybe after I compile the info with everyone's help, I'll learn how to edit it.

No knock on his site. It's just that I checked the discussion pages and linked references for all the weapons he had listed and many of them were not confirmed. So far I have yet to find about half the weapons he has listed. I may find references to them, maybe not.

Never edited a wiki?
I guess it takes some time to learn.

You got to search through the entire archive of late 09 and the whole 10.
