I have what I think is a conflict between Andrano Tomb Remastered http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/44672/?, and the main quest. Basically, when you get to the part of the main quest where you talk to Mehra Milo, the topic "Progress of Truth" no longer appears for her after talking to her about the topic "Nerevarine Cult." I even tried adding the topic manually to her, but it doesn't appear. I ran text crawler and Andrano Tomb Remastered seems to be the only other mod I have that modifies that topic for her. I'm guessing its an alignment of dialog responses that went wrong? Is there anyway to fix this?

You could just use a console command to update your Journal progress.


I'm not familiar with the mod, but you'd have to look through all the Dialog changes to find and fix the problem.
