"Conflict with Emmulation Software detected"

I've had Fallout 3 installed on this computer before, but I had it uninstalled because my PC needed to be totally cleared out. So after I re-installed the Operating System, I didn't re-install Fallout 3. A few months later, I wanted to get back into the game but when I inserted the disc, this error would pop up saying "Conflict with Emmulation Software detected.". It directed me to the site "securom.com" to help get rid of this and/or download their flawed tool. I've done all of that and the error still comes up. But, the site also recommended I go to the game's offical site and download a patch. Is there a patch of some sort I can download/install to get this error to go away?

Yes, this is an official GOTY disc bought from Game Stop.

Yes, I've used an ISO software to watch pirated movies. Which that is the core reason of this Emmulation Error (so I've been reading on Google). I've uninstalled all ISO related programs and this error still comes up.

Help?

Thanks!
