I'm very glad to hear that the Fallout MMO IP is still in your hands. I didn't trust Bethesda on doing it right, only you guys can. I don't know the details of the settlement, but I hope is was a significant win for you all.

There is no settlement and the lawsuit is ongoing. What was dropped was an appeal by Bethesda to a judicial decision from December.
