Hi ! My character has 100+ magicka level, I think I have encountered a glitch in conjuration.

I am playing in PS3 by the way.

First time I encountered the glitch, even though I alreaady know the conjuration spell, my character can't seem to conjure a flame atronach. Even if her magicka bar is full.

Second time, just got Arvak from Dawnguard. My character was able to conjure and ride Arvak at first, and then the next time she conjured him ... nothing. No Arvak appeared.

I thought that the magicka level was just not high enough, but when she got the Sanguine Rose, like Arvak, she was able to use it once or twice and then on the third time... nothing came out of the staff even though it was charged.

Is this a glitch? Is there something wrong with my character? (too low magicka?)
If this is a glitch, what should I do to remedy it? I really hate that she cannot use the Sanguine Rose because it is so useful in the game.

do you have spell absorption on your character? this lets many conjuration spells fail.

the only soultion is to get teh game on PC and use the unofficial patches.

Is it possible that you're aiming too far away? You have to aim at a point on the ground, where the summon will appear.

If your crosshairs are red, you're aiming too far away.

Yes, I'm aiming at the ground. My other characters (in PC) use the sanguine rose a lot.

No I don't have the spell absorption... sorry...
