What happend to all his amazing texture replacments ?
I looked everywhere but couldn't really find something. I found the BSA download, but I customize everything and don't want certain textures from it. So I started to take it apart but it doesn't really work for me, I get errors and such, so I'd like to have each of his seperate releases. Does anyone have some download links ? Could someone perheps upload them to sendspace.com or something and provide the links ?

Hello Tronvillain?? nice to see you too, i must say that i was stressed in the pass, a lot of new RL responsibilities and a bit of pressure by myself trying to release a work of more than a year in a couple of weeks disposable, not a good idea. Now I returned to this project slowly but for pure pleasure and now all it goes well, slowly but very pleasant.
I'm surprised to appreciate again the fantastic world of Morrowind and its capacity to attract me.
I will upload the compendium for sure but dont have any release timming to help maintain the health and the good development of the project. I can say its nearly finished but some things seems to be excessive difficult to me to get a decent result (i hate the silt strider, lol). I will elongate the project while i found some satisfaction improving and remaking things.

It is great to hear that progress, however slow, is happening. Good luck, and especially good luck with those real life responsibilities. I have been wanting to work on various things myself - the bone statics, a sixth house skull, repositioning skull, and a scamp textures, but having a newborn baby is too much of a wonderful distraction. *chuckle* Catch you later.

Yesterday i tried your texture replacers for the first time. And i can honestly say i downloaded all of the ones on the page linked above and i can't see myself using any other now.
I keep seeing better and better texture replacers, yours are the best ive seen yet

ti's good to see you around, I hope to see more of your work in my game soon. :)

Anyway, I can certainly agree about the silt strider.... I have been for years wanting to make the silt strider look better. I did end up making my own textures that I currently use in my game. However, I think the only really good way to make the silt strider any better is to re-model it and map it to use at the most 2 texture sheets rather then the dozen or more textures it currently uses. Anyway.....Point being, I may work on remodeling the silt strider more similar to the concept art at some point, you or anybody would be welcome to texture it to your liking.

Can i ask how its going trough here in this times? i can see that a lot of the great modders or contributors still visiting the forums, there are great projects in the works? there are some space for improvements in the game? ... some nice releases in the last months? well i want to know the last community rumours.

Hello Connary, I am a French player, and as for much of other French you are somebody whom one admires and respects much in particular for your incredible creations of textures.


Do you have to look at recent the mods of Vurt (a must have now!) ? like for example the retexturation of AOF? as well as other work of talented modders?


P.S: Vurt has creates a retexturation of the Siltstrider, did you see it?

I am afraid I don't even know what ULM means nor who might be in charge of the project. I have heard of the project and understand to some degree what the goal is however. Judging by the few screenshots/renders I have seen of work done by the team I would imagine they wouldn't need somebody to texture the silt strider for them (Ie I doubt I can talk them into giving me the model before they release there mod.) :whistling:

I can imagine myself making something comparable to this by the time the ULM team releases their mod, unless they plan on a release within the next few months or so. :)

Humm new models, a bit late to me, my mod changes hundreds of models, but only adding little details or UV maps.

I've asked Apel, he says that he can upload siltstrider for you - Connary, and you can include it in your project, cause textures should be changed anyways, and it would be awersome if you will da for new siltstrider awersome textures.
