Dude Connary I'm so excited do you have any idea how much I've been drooling over your Goldbrand?

Great news, as it may be partial release, but it's still probably the biggest and most quality retexturing pack ever made for this game.

Can't wait, thank you Connary :)

This might sound stupid, it might not you never know, but is this just a thread to present and up great as time goes by all Connary's mods or is there to be a sort of "whole in one mod" by Connary comming up?

It will be a marvelous "whole in one" that many, many, many and i think also more than many players are waiting for

Senor, I have for some time hoped you might release modular packs of your textures if such a situation, as you described, prevented your full engagement in completion of the compendium. I understand this conflicts deeply with your artist's instinct for the unity and coherence of your work. I nevertheless believe this is a magnanimous gesture to the community, given the realistic restraints on creative individuals who would rather walk among the idealistic heights, which our imagination's arrows are wont to penetrate, then crawl amidst the base soil strewn about by our indifferent contemporaries.

If it is all in one .bsa, then use the BSA unpacker to extract what you want, put them in the correct folders, and discard what you don't want.

Also - and I could be wrong - but I think textures in folders take priority over anything in the .bsa. Therefore, if you have a different texture pack you want to use for, say, imperial building textures, just plop them in the correct folders in the Data Files directory and they will appear in-game. I think.

I wouldn't be too concerned, knowing Connary, he will get it out when he feels it is ready to be released, I realize he said he was going to go ahead and make a partial release, but with gigabytes worth of textures to go through, seperate, sort, and pack, I wouldn't really want to speculate what even a partial release worth of work for him would be.

Not to mention that he has an actual job to worry about before he can do any of that, I'm happy with the textures he's graced the community with up to this point, his work has never disappointed me, and I am willing to bet that when he releases this(or just the partial of this) the same will hold true.

As much as I want his art to be released, I know from experience, that his work has always been worth waiting for.

No need to. Connary is simply working on the compendium, just because he's not around doesn't mean this has died.

Today I fell in love with Connary's work, and after installing Visual Pack 3.0 I downloaded all of Connary's mods on top of that :D The textures are simply AMAZING.
