Connecting power

Post » Wed Jan 27, 2016 4:51 am

Would someone please enlighten me as to how to connect power please? I have build the beacon to attract new settlers at the co-op as well as a small power generator. How do I wire up the beacon to the generator?

Thanks in advance

There's an action button to link one to the other with wire. On Xbox it's Y, to link one to the other.

If you play on PC you highlight the generator and use "space" to connect powerlines. http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/164592-fallout-4/72793332 is usefull link specially who play on consoles.

On PC go into workshop mode, make a generator, make beacon. Click on generator and use "space" button and drag powerlines from generator to beacon. If the powerline is "red", you need to have free sights between. Be aware of distance between a. and b.
