Kvatch has been ruined, and is left to be rebuilt. It is left as a major target for bandits, gangs, thieves, and the like. The reason is because independent groups like these have been left as nomads and need a sanctuary, a dwelling. Caves and Ayleid ruins are no longer of use. Kvatch is attracting more and more, and the remaining guards can't handle fending off Kvatch anymore. They've fled to other cities, and refugees have either done the same or been killed. Kvatch is open, but with so many people flocking there, troubles and arguements rise as to who gets the city completely. War breaks out.
You either win or lose, but that's all dependent on how you command your men and how your group or gang is setup. Whoever wins keeps Kvatch as their own dwelling place.


Rules are..

You may join someone else's group but you can't be in two at the same time, IE owning a gang and being in another at the same time.

No ubering

No godmodding

Special uniforms or armor is allowed for your gang, but armor can't be better than iron and weapons can't be better than steel.

And as for other ruls like cursing etc., that all goes as far as forum rules go.

It is most likely that the Imperial Legion will send a force to eradicate this pesky intolerance.

However, it seems like there is no basic plotline nor any depth, so I have to say no.

Hmm... a sound idea, I commend you. However, I think this might have a a few problems:

I would advise you limit it to two or three groups you make up yourself. Giving everyone their own group will lead to very little character interaction unless you have some kind of leaders meeting.

I also suggest you tell us what the Empire intends to do. I don't think the Legion is just going to sit back when one of their cities is taken by bandits.

Then, give a few major areas each gang is staked out in (this is also helpful if you make your own groups as I suggested). Remember, Kvatch doesn't have a sound map, so feel free to make anything up.

Other than that, it looks sound. Not too much to handle for a newer host, but enough that it is interesting. Good work :goodjob:


EDIT: Elite has a point, but in this kind of situation the plot is less emphasized. I would reccomend you have some kind of twist or situation beyond empty war, however. Perhaps throw the Legion in as a faction, and have the gangs see if they will continue fighting amongst themselves or team up. Just an idea, bounce around your own for a while first. I always advise a sign up/ idea thread ;)

Yeah, I was thinking that. I'll include the Legion in there. They will be included in alot of fights and will attack several times. And yes, there will be a meeting at the beginning where they discuss what to do, and something will come up which will anger everyone and start the war. The gangs will be camped away from Kvatch, but not too far. And, there will not be that many gangs, which is also why I included the option to join someone else's.
