So I'll be starting my 7th character when the DLC is finally released. What I don't want is to grind through those early levels again so I was looking for a console cheat for EXP, just to get up to around 10th level so I can define my character some. Skyrim was a little difficult to do right as you had to basically give EXP to Skills which when raised would grant levels, but for FO4 it ought to be very easy, just add EXP, gain levels. But I can't find the code for just adding EXP. Anyone know what it is?

Don't think there is a command specifically to add experience, or I haven't seen it at least. I think you have to use

Player.setlevel *number*
