player.setav Magicka 500
player.setav Health 500
player.setav Stamina 500

That's how you change them , you can change 500 to anything you want , but it might bug your game.

Since I am mostly a warrior but I gived to much mana I wanted to resret this ....

Personally I'd like to know how to change magicka regen. Setav magickarate works until you go into combat and leave, then it seems to reset back to default 3. Is there a way to lock it and keep it from changing?
