Console Command for Legendary Quality Bow

Post » Sat May 31, 2014 5:23 am

I was watching YouTube and it seems one can improve normal bow by Smithing? Is it possible for me to skip all the Smithing, Enchanting, Alchemy (I just want to have fun killing) and just console command myself a Legendary Quality bow?

Like I'm thinking a Legendary Quality Dwarven Bow here. That would puts its damage at 2 times the normal one right?

No, you cant do that. If you could, then it would be possible to mod in upgraded items into the game world, which you can't do.

You can use console commands to give yourself 100 Smithing and all of the smithing perks so you can temper any bow to legendary.

One should really think about shutting down console commands, forever...

People can definitely screw up their games abusing the console commands, but I doubt it will be removed from future Bethesda games. It's too valuable (perhaps even necessary) for modders and game designers to get rid of.

I only ever use it for "TM" and "TFC 1" for taking screenshots.
