Is there a list out there of Console Commands to additems to the games....I have done the one for caps and was wondering if there is more to add guns and such so I dont have to add the actual mods

http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Console_commands is the list on console commands. You can also look up any of the vanilla item Base IDs, to add modded items you need to look up their IDs in the GECK.

The GECK Wiki would be a better place to look for console functions, given that many of them are documented there rather than just listed. If you want to find formIDs, the easiest way is just to open up the data file that contains the form you're looking for in the GECK or FO3Edit.
