Hi guys. I can't seem to get the console command to work.

I have tried EVERYTHING the internet has to offer which includes:

configuring the bAllowConsole=1 in the .ini files

I don't have infrared on my Fujitsu LH351 laptop

I don't have the Microsoft eHome Infrared Transceiver on my laptop

the tilde button works. ~ see.

****the button works in game. I can bind my ATTACK to the TILDE BUTTON. BUT, it doesn't show up as ~ or ` . It becomes the number 148.****

I tried updating all my drivers and changing the keyboard driver to the HID Compliant Device.

Some help please!

What keyboard do you have? Is there another game you can try to bring up the console?
