I've looked at the various lists of console commands I have found and so far I don't see the commands to view follower stats. Can someone please provide these? I want to see just how weak Illia is as I may want to use the disable/enable console trick to level her up. Thanks!

Open the console and click on your follower (make sure you are clicking on your follower and not their armor/weapon/etc.), then type in "getav health" (without quotes of course), "getav stamina" and "getav magicka". The values returned should be the current stats. Then after you disable/enable them the stats should be reset to match your level. You can use the same commands to verify if it worked.
