Console isn't inside the screen : Fallout 3

when I play fallout 3, i noticed that only half of my console is visible.
For ex.
if you writePlayer.additem 0000000f
you only see 00000f
other text is hidden.

everythin is hidden until 6 last letters/numbers of the item id.

screen 1600 x 1050
running 1280 x 1024
but when running fullscreen, console shows just fine.

You could try to change the variables iConsoleTextYPos and iConsoleTextXPos in your FALLOUT3.ini. The ini should be placed in My Documents/My Games/Fallout3.

Yeah, that worked, but also moved the fullscreen vers.
