Console Issues-MGE-I Can't Find It

Ok, well b4 everyone starts puttind YouTube URLs, I have watched almost every one of them on YouTube. I have a burnt copy, could this be the problem? Anyway, I can't find the MGE, I searched everywhere. I just want a Daedric Dai-Katana and full Daedric and such, but I can't use the console. Any suggestions?
