Ok, so I know Xbox one and hopefully ps4 gamers will get mods, but how will we download them? Will there be a option in the main menu to download approved ones and activate which ones and so forth?

Also will they have a stream lined way for console players to MAKE mods, straight off the console they are playing on???

No Bethesda Game Studios said you need the PC version of Fallout 4 to make the mods.

The mods can only be made on a PC.

We don't know how they will be downloaded yet, probably right from Live/PSN as DLC would be but don't quote me on that. And as already mentioned, Beth has said there will be no console version of the Creation Kit (thank god) and we will be using the same mods that are made on PC
