Lmao? Your game? Bethesda made it in the first place, you should be grateful to them instead of saying they're limiting 'your' game. Also Dual Weapon Non-Blocking capability is there to balance things out. 2 Swords = Double the power of 1 sword, so they had to remove defense, else everyone would be dual wielding.
