Hi

Will we be able to play PC against PS3 against XBOX?

If not why?

No.
Because it's silly and the consoles are too different.
Updates doesn't come at the same time either.

Sounds like it would be unfair too, I don't own a console but I think you can aim much faster and precise with the mouse than with a controller.

Yeah that too.
The only advantage of a gamepad is that you don't need a flat space to have it on.

edit: and a joystick to move with, but when you have a G13 (like I do :3) you have that for pc too.

Obviously, the mouse is the most precise aiming tool for shooter-games. Gamepads can only compete if they get artificial support like a target-magnet.

Obviously not. All the systems are run on different servers and have different networking systems.
It would be way to difficult.

Really it would only work for games in the style of WOW or strategy games (like ones u move ur characters to certain places on the board)

No, keyboard and mouse is way faster and more accurate than a controller. Casual PC gamers could completely dominate hardcoe pro console gamers.

Crysis allows you to make a multiplayer server which is gamepad exclusive - I don't know how well it works but I could see something similar being implanted for a game with cross-platform multiplayer.

However as others have said it doesn't look like Brink will have this feature and since there's another active thread about this topic let's continue this over there.
