Did a search and nothing was 100%. In Dawguard after getting the knowledge from one of the black books (cant remember then one now) I noticed that it was basically snowing around me (looks like whte gnats flying around). Since it happened when I chose one of the perks from the book I thought that it was connected to that. Now Im thinking its not. Is there anyway to get rid of this?
Re-loading is not an option since I thought this was part of the perk and have been playing for hours and hours.

Add this with the fact that I cannot find one of the Dragon Priest masks that I got early (sold?, lost? stored?), its bugging me.
