Hi, so i decided to install and play skyrim again. it loaded the exact mods as before etc, but now the game is stuttering horrible to the point were its unplayable. I've tried de-activating all the mods but to no avail. Any one else had this problem ?

Specs are :

AMD 8350 cpu
7870 2GB
16DDR3 Ram

The game runs at a stable 55-60 fps but the stuttering is horrendous. It even stutters in the main menu.
