Constant wind whistling sound indoors.

I've logged well over 1,000 hours in Skyrim and it might be that I've never noticed this before, but is there supposed to be a faint wind whistling sound when you're indoors (in a tavern, inn, at a shop, etc.)? It's as if I'm high up on a mountain and I can hear the wind whistling ever so faintly. I'm pretty sure this has just started for some reason and I don't know what triggered it. Has anyone else experienced this? Or is it normal and I've just now noticed?

I've never noticed this. Do you have any earlier saves from before you noticed this?

Yes. I loaded a previous save and noticed that it was not there. So obviously something triggered it. The only thing I can think of (that might have caused it for some reason) is that I was put in the jail in Whiterun for accidentally hitting a guard during a fight. After that the sound started up. I have no idea why or even if that's the cause but I was thinking that maybe the whistling sound happens in the prison and somehow it gets carried over afterwards. It's fixed for now but just by loading a previous save.

I play on the PC some I'm sure there has to be some way to fix this if it happens again but I just don't know how.

I've noticed it in caves, forts and barrows, but I haven't been in a city for a while. I'll have to check it out though, as I'm currently not playing with the music for some utterly absurd reason. :P
