Constantly being hit by lightning

I just reinstalled Oblivion. I'll admit I may have gotten a little bit carried away installing mods but I was pretty careful. Well at least I thought so. Anyways, when I started up my game I was just constantly being struck by lightning. I saw a couple of other people report the same issue in the storms and sounds comments on TESNexus. The problem did not go away when I unchecked the esp and rebuilt my bash patch. I'm not even sure where to start looking to be honest. Hopefully someone has heard of this issue and can help me out.

All natural has an ingame options menu that lets you choose the distance of lightning strikes. That may be the cause. Other then that i cant see the problem with any other mod.

Strange, it seems to be a problem with Reneer's Guard Overhaul.

Strange, it seems to be a problem with Reneer's Guard Overhaul.

This is essentially a conflict between RGO and another mod that changes the darkness visuals. This showed up in 2.51 but was not present in 2.5, so downgrade to avoid the problem.
