I have been playing the whole game on survival. I entered the area where you drop off billy and stepped in a puddle of water. I got 5 rads a second and as soon as I got out of the water I had gotten 12+ rads a second. I left the area and it continued. About ten min later after getting rads I fast traveled to diamond city and continued to fast travel over to every place and did not loose the rads. I went to all 3 doctors (diamond city,institute, and goodneighbor) got everything checked on and fixed but it did not stop the 12+ rads per second. It is at the point where I can't play the game. PLEASE HELP.I tried restarting and even going to previous saves but nothing is working.
