For some reason I can't seem to get through a full game online. It keeps signing me out and booting me from the game. Can anyone please suggest something. Does Crytek have support that I can contact or something?

I noticed this problem some time ago but was pretty much done playing the game so I didn't really put much effort into resolving it. I've recently decided to get back into it and would like to be able to play a full game at least.
